Data deletion instructions

You can ask Mailseed to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, including data received through the website, VelopLead or integrations with Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp).

How to make a request

1. Email contact@mailseed.tech with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Include the email address and/or phone number linked to your data so we can find it.
3. If you know it, tell us where you submitted your data (e.g. our website form or a business’s ad).

We will confirm receipt and delete the data within 30 days at most, except for data we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoicing records), which we will tell you about.

Lead data from businesses using VelopLead

If you filled in a form from a business that uses VelopLead, that business is the controller of your data. You can contact them directly or send the request to us: we will identify the business, forward your request and delete the data from our systems according to their instructions.

If you connected your Facebook account

You can remove our app's access in Facebook › Settings & privacy › Settings › Apps and websites, by selecting the app and choosing “Remove”. Then send us the request above so we can delete any data already received.
